CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
It is important to remember that nature belongs To the animals that inhabit it. In accordance with this principle, showing deep respect and genuine consideration for wildlife is an essential part of our philosophy.
Wild Fauno reserves the right to cancel a wildlife tour if the guide or tracker determines that a participant is behaving disrespectfully toward wildlife or failing to follow instructions. In such cases, the activity will end immediately, and 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations made within 1 month of the scheduled activity are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 1 month in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made more than 4 months in advance will receive a full refund.
Failure to show up for the scheduled tour will result in the loss of the full payment.

CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS
Patagonia is recognized as one of the windiest regions on the planet, especially during the summer season. In exceptional situations, wind gusts can exceed 120 km/h. In these scenarios, at Wild Fauno the safety and well-being of people are always prioritized above any activity.
For this reason, if weather conditions become adverse, the guide in charge will responsibly and professionally evaluate whether the activity should continue or be cancelled, always prioritizing the physical and emotional safety of both guests and the guiding team.
This criterion applies in the presence of strong winds, snow, heavy rain, or a combination of them, when these conditions represent a risk to the safe development of the experience and to the well-being of those participating in it.
